Plastic, Aluminum & Metal Injection Molding

Plastic Products Department

Our plastic injection department supports the manufacturing of molds and plastic components using advanced production equipment, including CNC machining, EDM erosion, milling, engraving, grinding, and thermal treatment processes.

The department is equipped with injection molding machines in various sizes, ranging from 50 to 2,000 tons, enabling production flexibility for both small and large plastic components.

Metal Injection Molding — MIM

Siana-Tech supports advanced metal injection molding processes for the production of complex metal parts with high precision and repeatability.

MIM technology enables the production of small and complex components from metal powders using a process similar to plastic injection molding, followed by debinding and sintering. This method is especially suitable for parts that require complex geometry, dimensional accuracy, and cost-effective serial production.

Typical materials include stainless steel 316 and 304, copper, titanium, brass, and alloy steel. The final parts can be used in a wide range of industrial, medical, electronic, and mechanical applications.

Aluminum Die Casting Department

Siana-Tech supports the production of aluminum die-cast components for industrial, mechanical, aviation, and automotive applications.

The process includes high-pressure aluminum die casting, followed by secondary operations such as CNC machining, thermal treatment, surface finishing, anodizing, and protective coating according to the customer’s technical and regulatory requirements.

All parts are manufactured according to defined quality requirements and can be inspected using dimensional checks, visual inspection, process control, and customer-specific quality procedures.

Machining & Sheet Metal Fabrication

Siana-Tech provides precision machining and sheet metal fabrication services for mechanical components, machine structures, assemblies, and production parts.

Our capabilities include multi-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, combined milling and turning operations, EDM, wire cutting, bending, pressing, guillotine cutting, and the manufacturing of mechanical structures and assemblies.

These capabilities support both prototype development and serial production, allowing customers to move from engineering design to reliable manufacturing with controlled quality, repeatability, and production efficiency.

Advanced Ceramic Components for Semiconductor Applications

Siana-Tech supports the manufacturing of advanced ceramic components for semiconductor, precision engineering, and high-performance industrial applications.

These components are selected for applications that require high hardness, wear resistance, dimensional stability, thermal resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation.

Typical ceramic materials include silicon carbide, alumina, aluminum oxide, silicon nitride, and zirconia. Each material is selected according to the required operating conditions, including temperature, mechanical load, chemical exposure, electrical properties, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.

Ceramic components can be used in wafer handling, positioning systems, insulating parts, wear-resistant inserts, precision fixtures, and other applications where conventional metallic or polymer materials may not provide sufficient performance.

Materials and Typical Properties

Silicon Carbide — SiC

Silicon carbide is a high-performance technical ceramic known for high hardness, excellent wear resistance, good thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and strong thermal shock resistance. It is suitable for precision components exposed to demanding mechanical and thermal conditions.

Alumina / Aluminum Oxide — Al₂O₃

Alumina is widely used for ceramic components requiring high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and good dimensional stability. High-purity alumina grades are commonly used in semiconductor, electrical, and precision industrial applications.

Silicon Nitride — Si₃N₄

Silicon nitride offers high strength, fracture toughness, wear resistance, low density, and excellent resistance to thermal shock. It is suitable for applications involving mechanical stress, temperature variation, and precision movement.

Zirconia — ZrO₂

Zirconia is a tough technical ceramic with high mechanical strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good dimensional stability. It is often selected for precision parts that require higher toughness compared with many other ceramic materials.

Manufacturing Focus

Our ceramic component support may include material selection, precision machining, grinding, polishing, dimensional inspection, and production coordination according to customer drawings, specifications, and application requirements.
