Siana-Tech supports complete product integration and assembly for mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and computer-embedded products.Our assembly capabilities include sub-assembly preparation, final product integration, functional testing, packaging, labeling, and preparation for shipment. The process is managed according to customer requirements, product specifications, production procedures, and delivery needs.

We also support purchasing, component coordination, logistics management, and inventory planning for the components required throughout the assembly process.

Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is integrated throughout the manufacturing and assembly process, from incoming inspection of components to in-process control, final inspection, and product testing.

Production teams follow defined work instructions, inspection requirements, and customer-specific quality procedures.

 Components and assembled products can be inspected in the production area and in quality control laboratories according to the relevant product requirements.

Sampling levels are determined in coordination with the customer and documented according to approved quality procedures. Quality activities are managed in accordance with applicable standards and internal quality management processes.
